First I would completely rewrite Yamato have her have black hair and a black kimono and introduce her earlier at Dressora and have Jack succed in freeing Doflamingo with her help. (Doffy comes back as a beast pirate.) OBS remove the cringe Oden worship and have her be a loyal follower of Kaido.
Have Orochi be a woman hot component and actually sympathetic and have her backstory be that her right eye was gouged out after Oden's dad ordered the Kurozumi all be killed after her uncle tried to kill him. Also have her be Yamato's mom
Have Yamato kill the Scabbards and Momonosuke
Also have the scabbards not look like shit
Have Big Mom not betray Kaido and have Daifuku and Smotthie be present in Wano.
Have Smoothie actually get fight
Have it that when GB shows up Kaido btfo out of him saving Luffys life ( who would still be unconscious)
