General & Others Hypothetically Luffy goes to save Garp from BB and gets captured! BB makes a deal with the WG for Luffy and Garp!

Hypothetically, Luffy goes to Hachinosu to save Garp and is captured by the BB Pirates. He makes a deal to deliver both Garp and Luffy to the WG and if the trade is successful he will become a Celestial Dragon. BB arrives at the Holy Land to hand over the captives but right before the trade the following characters show up to save the Luffy:

The Strawhat Pirates & The Grand Fleet - Obviously to save their captain
The Revolutionary Army - Sabo forces Dragon
The Red Haired Pirates - To stop Black Beard from achieving his goal.
Marco & the Wano Crew

They are up against:
The Gorosei
Admirals
BB Pirates
A shit ton of fodder

Scenario 1: Luffy doesn’t get free unless they win
Scenario 2: Luffy gets free and can help

Can the pirates and revolutionaries save Luffy?

Shanks' Conq Haki can take out all the fodders immediately.
Shanks and his crew should be able to beat BB and his crew.
This leaves the Admirals and Gorosei. Zoro should be able to take down an Admiral, same for Dragon, but I don't know if they can take down three.
Even if they can there's still the Gorosei.
It's a pretty hard fight tbh

Considering the gorosei are fighting Dorry and Broggy can we really say they are all top tier? What if I add Kidd and Law?

BB will not need any hostage to become King of the world imo; now that Devon can transform into Saturn, BBP can just go to Marigeoise and end Imu.
