Against Kizaru - Fed by him

Like come on. Entire Post timeskip plot was people Fighting for him so that he could win.

Luffy has needed help or lost at least a handful of times to almost every antagonist he's ever fought

Even if he doesn't lose there's always some stipulation or addition to his victory that makes it "weird"

Like running away to a different side of Whole Cake Island to recover mid fight against Katakuri

Lost to Crocodile twice and would've died without the antidote, lost to Magellan and never actually beat him, lost to Moria, etc

Even against Cracker he needed Nami to soften up his biscuits with rain so he could eat them faster

If anything Roger 2v1ing Rocks would be Luffy-like lol

Luffy has always needed help and has never really shied away from it. That's the whole point of him gathering a crew

Roger defeating Xebec with help make him a great Luffy parallel if any lol.
Main reason why I would believe Roger 1 vs 1 Xebec is because of all the wank he got in-universe, not because he's the parallel of a guy who hasn't won a proper 1 vs 1 since Punk Hazard.
