General & Others I miss Nobara

I do too.

But real talk. Was she a great character?
Like, Yuji, and more importantly Megumi, carried most of the time.

She didn't have any real goal or progression. Her back story is barebones and not great when compared to the others either. She was just there.

She was supposed to be the female protag. But Maki just took over after Nobara went Mia and has done crazy shit that Nobara would never have been able to.

We don't even get a single fucking mention of her whether she's alive or dead...

Gege dropped the ball so hard on her man.
And at this point, I don't know if she should come back or what she'd even do if she does come back.

She was a great character to me tbh, had a great design and personality and also did really well against the cursed wombs and Shibuya.

She was drippy, funny, charismatic and was doing her own thing irregardless of what the boys were doing. A very unique type of female lead.
There's a lot of truth in the idea that Maki took over her spot and Gege then never bothered to bring Nobara back.

Even though the set up was there.

Now, it's just too late imo. If she were to appear out of nowhere and save Yuji or smt it would feel too cheap.

That's a price we have to pay due to Gege's choice to just bumrush the whole ending.

Both Maki and Nobara could've co existed, they were doing just fine pre Shibuya.
