Obviously I have very little hope that any of these things have a shot at happening. imo the Void Century will get a long flashback and we already got a bunch of the old gen in the main story and the God Valley flashback. The only era which would make sense would be after the main story, before the Void Century, or between the VC and the Old Gen.
Obviously a sequel would be the most anodyne and uninspired option. Something like Boruto.
Maybe an adventure manga about some great adventurers before Luffy like Louis Arnot who wrote Brag men which is referenced numerous times in the series
But even more interesting to me, and most unlikely, is history before the void century. The only island so far to show som of this history is Alabasta with known dynasty from thousands of years ago and Alubarna castle being 4000 years old.
