Akainu and Dragon have clear history
Dragons been a marine before and a powerful one at that.
Now a fan favorite would be the fujitora pick but I think Dragon would be more fit.
~ Fujitora will be siding with the hood guys so the revolutionaries
once the war is over and true Justice prevails the marines will be stripped from the world government and straight into the protagonists hands, Dragon being a former marine and a current leader of an army makes him the perfect fit to lead the new coalition as there wouldn’t need to be a revolutionary rebel group anymore, Dragon will take this position into his own hands and make the ultimate military by fusing both rev and marines together, admirals and rebels alike
(This is if Akainu falls, if not, Akainu stays fleet admiral)
