Many people think CG will break Doffy out for some reason, after the latest chapter, Magellan seems like the most likely person to do so.

Because of the rising water levels, Magellan is worried that the prison will be flooded and all the prisoners drowned, so he will break them out to relocate them somewhere else.

Tbh, I think this would be extremely stupid writing. Even if Magellan cares about the prisoners, there’s no where else to safely relocate all of them without risking a lot of them escaping. However, it seems like the most likely at the moment for Oda to break Doffy out so he can use him for fanservice.

Ok, but like 99.99% of ID prisoners are legitimate criminals. Most ID is probably filled with murderers. People often forget that the vast majority of pirates are actually evil. Even if the WG itself is evil, that doesn’t make these criminals any less evil and dangerous.

They are planning on a relocalization of the prisoners but they will lose them in the process

Kid was looking for Man With Burn Scar & then received a Humiliating Defeat after He just became known as a Yonko Slayer
And conveniently this Pirate is Hidden despite having a Scar (Meaning He fought someone Strong before & almost got Killed), and at same time Oda puts Magellan & Doffy together who also fell from Grace, not to mention Moria too, and Weevil ... etc

I feel like Man With Burn Scar is a Crew made up of Individuals who once had Legendary Fame or Status but then fell from Grace & became Forgotten, and Oda always makes Captain recruits Individuals with same Themes

So if Magellan & Doffy gonna leave Impel Down, then imo They will end up as Crew Members of Man With Burn Scar
(Actually if you go check List of All Villains in One Piece, you will find that 90% of them are always given a better future or their lives get better, while some are completely abandoned such as Hody's Crew or Irrelevant Henchmen, but there are few Villains who lost their Position & still didn't get their Good Ending, feels like Oda is keeping them for this)

He know there is going to be chaos, and it would become even more outrageous if he releases these lvl 6 prisoners.

This looks like perfect opportunity for CG to raid ID. Amongst the chaos around the world, they would go unnoticed since it would be only 2 people (Mihawk and Crocodile) and both know how to remain in shadows

Tbh, it feels like Doffy can escape anytime he wants.

We have seen Doffy sitting when Magellan is not there while he reads a newspaper. Then he is on the floor when Magellan is there.

Doffy is tricking Magellan about how much he can move.

He has allies insides, reason he has the newspapers.
