Many people argue that Skypea is a miniture version of One Piece. I like the idea. But in Skypea, the skypeans took the land of the shandians. Then Enel came, and took it over. In the blue sea, the Celestial Dragons took over the Redline form the Lunarians and perhaps then Imu came from somewhere and subjugated the Celestial Dragons. Who was the leader before Imu? Is there a Ganfall like character? The elder who looks like Ganfall maybe?

It's hard to say that Imu sama subjugated the Celestial Dragons when most Celestial Dragons aren't even aware of Imu sama's existence and believe themselves to be supreme.
What kind of "subjugation" is that?
The Gorosei serve Imu sama for whatever reason, but that servitude is a secret and appears voluntary.
