I mean if boruto fanboys are right
Why would jigen wait all these years and stay in hiding


I mean if he can just one shot madara and solo everyone with his pinky finger as these fanboys say why wait so long
why not just go out of hiding then solo everyone and plant that damn tree as he wishes to do


Maybe it's cause from a in universe perspective
he in actuality couldt beat much of anyone from shippuden contrary to the belief of boruto stans

The real answer here is plot my guy. Also, i think Jigen is FAR weaker than when he fought Naruto and Sasuke. He was constantly absorbing Juubi's chakra to give him a powerboost.
