After Wano, Elbaf will likely be the only major arc before the SHs reach Laugh Tale. Given how close the SHs are to becoming the PK crew, all of the SHs really need to have at least basic Haki by the end of this arc. Given that random fodders in Yonko crews, like Opera’s trash brothers, can casually use CoA, it would be embarrassing for the SHs of over half their members either can’t use Haki by the time Luffy becomes PK or just manage to learn it immediately before he becomes PK. The SHs are vastly smaller in size than crews like the BP or BMP, so in order to make it believable that they deserve to be called the best crew, then all of their 10/11 members should have access to at least basic Haki. The only SH who I would find acceptable to not unlock Haki in this arc is Nami since she has never been strong physically and had always almost entirely relied on her Clima Tact, but even then I was still disappointed to see that she didn’t unlock CoO when she beat Ulti. Instead of having Zeus home in on Ulti in order to counter Ulti having good enough reflexes to dodge Nami’s attacks, Oda should have just had Nami learn CoO in her final clash with Ulti so that she could use CoO to counter Ulti’s reflexes and land her hit
General & Others If the other SHs don’t unlock Haki in this arc, then Charlotte Sky was right about Oda being a talentless hack

Agree, no excuse for the future PK crew to lack Haki this late in the game. I assumed he was saving it for Wano for an easy access power up but apparently not. I guess he’d rather have Big Mom do the heavy lifting.
Wano was the perfect time to play the Haki card. Hopefully they get it next arc. I’m not a fan with how he’s handled most of the SHs power progression. It’s hard to see how the SHs from Franky down are going to be ready to throw down with Blackbeard’s crew.
Monster Point Chopper should honestly be fine as soon as he has Haki (if he ever gets Haki). But Robin, Brook, Nami, and Ussop even outside of Haki may need a whole lot of work.
Sure the F6 have proven to be crazy strong, but Blackbeard’s guys should be even stronger. So if it takes Robin & Brook to fight Black Maria rn and Nami & Ussop have no chance vs Ulti & P1, then how on earth are they going to 1v1 someone presumably much stronger soon?
