Doesn’t it seem weird that the mystery guy is chummy with Crocus, who was just Roger’s doctor? Maybe Shiki could have some sort of relationship with Ray, who is a much more prominent and important Roger Pirate, but Shiki being friends with Crocus would be like Kid being friends with Chopper, the two have no reason to have a relationship. Crocus may have been a Roger Pirate, but he was never really shown to be anywhere near as famous of Ray or even Gaban.

If you swap Kid with Law, you can totally see he is getting along with Chopper.

It doesn’t make an iota of sense for it to be Shiki.

The person who met Crocus and the silhouette are different

The hair is longer and spiky while the dude who met Crocus doesn't have that
