True, but Brook card makes me think that tables can turn up. Why you introduce ultimate nerf to villain if you have sheep power to defeat him?
I believe in the end of this arc we will learn who is the final villain of One Piece. If Imu will be clowned - it's over for him. If he dominates and only Brook will change defeat into victory than it's Imu.

Brook uses some new power where he can access Gunko's mind, then a flashback starts about their story together and Gunko reveals what truly happened, how IMU possessed her and killed his savior using her body and bla bla bla. But when brook tries to save Gunko's soul, IMU kicks brook out of Gunko's mind.
Meanwhile, Loki and Luffy are battling IMU, but nothing they do work really well, so Brook says he has a plan, but they need to weaken Imu somehow, so in an epic double page, Luffy and Loki release a very powerful attack together, which trembles IMU and makes him loose control of Gunko, and in another epic double page we see Brook destroying Imu's power over Gunko using some strange soul power and saving her.

we need to see nika DF can make anyone look like clown and probably can do some thing against imu's power and base of what Xebec said Loki's DF probably can also be effective against imu
if we consider conection of brook and Gunko probably luffy and loki will be able to fight him well but won't be able to defeat him and they some help from brook to make gunko wake up maybe he can buy them some time so they can do an ultimate attack and make imu retreat and free gunko from imu's curse

Maybe Loki and Luffy do tag team attack just like what Leo and Sai did against Charlos
Or maybe Loki and Ragnir are strong enough on their own. Look at the attack names. Drill Dragon Nail? Loki is a huge Dragon, his nail should be bigger than Imu. Tail Hammer? Ragnir is a living hammer with a fluffy tail.
Either way, Imu will be send back to the Holy Land instantly. Now is not the time to spoil all his abilties and capabilities. Some things have to be saved for the final battle.
