Imu is not a human being.
Rocks who defeated Immortal Garling did nothing to Imu. He was cut with Adv COC but feels nothing. And the answer to this is that MU is not a human, but an evil Genie that was sealed thousends years ago.

1. Domi Reversi - take a Mind Control on any alive character;
2. Bestow any Devil Fruit power to people and even to weapons, which MEANS litteraly ANY POWER THAT HE IMAGINE;
3. Bestow an Immortality to anyone;
The question is what IMU CANNOT DO?
And there is only one thing: Leave the Marijoise. Imu is sealed there, like Jaffar from the Alladin. He cannot leave that place. And that is his weakness. SO to Defeat Imu you need just destroy the place where Imu is sealed.
