I'm seeing people pretend Greenbull can still have CoC despite how he reacted to Shanks' Haki display by bringing up Imu reacting to Joyboy's Haki. The latter interaction was just about trauma/PTSD similar to Kaido and Oden. Imu's reaction was clearly because he had a certain history with Joyboy. It has nothing to do with a clear power difference like in the case of Greenbull and Shanks, both of whom have never even met each other before. Greenbull will never be a conqueror and bringing up a situation that is completely different from Shanks humiliating him won't change that.
The only potential CoC wielding Admirals are:
- Akainu (Fleet Admiral, etc.)
- Aokiji (Akainu association)
- Fujitora (Potential Future Fleet Admiral and has the courage to stand up to the WG)
Kizaru (who had an entire arc to show CoC but didn't) and Greenbull are completely out of the running.
