Questions & Mysteries Imu ~ Umibozu ~ Florian Triangle Sea Monster

#1
Now, Imu being Umibozu isn't a new idea.

For those who don't know what Umibozu is.
Perhaps no other aquatic yōkai is as mysterious as the giant umi bōzu. Their true form is unknown. Umi bōzu are only ever seen from the shoulders up, but they appear to be roughly humanoid in shape, with inky black skin and a pair of large, round eyes. Eye-witnesses report a great range in size, from slightly larger than a ship to a size so unimaginable that only the creature’s bulbous face is visible above the water. Its head is smooth and round like a venerable monk’s, and its body is nude and as black as shadow.
Gist - They look like Humans but covered in Black inky skin and a Pair of Large, Round Eyes.

Umi bōzu appear on calm nights, when there is no sign of anything out of the ordinary. All of a sudden, with no warning, the waves and the weather whip up into a furious condition. Out from the tumult rises a titanic creature. It moves to destroy the ship, either by smashing the hull in a single blow or taking it down bit by bit, depending on the size of both the ship and the umi bōzu.
- Silent sea
- Sudden Storm

Like we saw in Thriller Bark.

- That shit is drawf Thriller dark.
- The Florian triangle is a place between Fishmen Island and Water 7. Means right below Mariejois.

On top of that. Harley from chapter 1038.
It looks like Devil, like a dragon. But it's entirely in dark ink.
Like Umi bozu.
Also in some sources, Umi bozu is called " Sea god ".

All 5 great elders are users of Yokai Zoan or powers given by Imu.
Imu shouldn't be any different when " Umi ~ Bozo ". Makes the most sense.
The sea devil, umi reversed is Imu.

Now, Mihawk's connection to imu (If there is any), could be linked to Imu Foreshadowing.

How was Mihawk introduced?
  • The chapter was named " Storm ".
Mihawk came and a storm arrived too.
Just like Umibozu in the Legends in myth.

Special focus on the " Eyes ".
Tell me what this looks like to you all.

Edit:
The Florian triangle is located near the Calm belt.
Which fits the Umibozu theme of appearing in a Calm sea and then bringing a storm.

Don't think so, Imu has the devil like trident too, devil pointed arrow like tail also, straightforward devil/demon zoan due to the look alone. He will probably have horns too in one of his transformations.

THIS YOKAI ZOAN NONSENSE NEEDS TO STOP IT'S ANOTHER TERM FOR MYTHICAL ZOANS, IMU CAN'T GIVE POWERS HE GIVES THEM IMMORTALITY AND AT BEST DEMON LIKE FORM LIKE HIMSELF FOR THE GIANTS, GOROSEI/HK ALREADY OBTAINED THEIR DF'S ANYTHING BEYOND THAT IS ABYSS UGA BUNGA

I believe Imu looks like Cavendish with lots of drip but black haired like his Nerona ilk Mihawk. Imu has a feminine trait and Cavendish is a bishounen/femboy (sadist femboy villains are commonly seen in seinen). Hakuba also fights like Gunko and talks like Imu.

Devil fruit would be the western dragon type who got cut down by Ryuma in Wano capital.

Imu definitely has THE devil fruit. Likely the first or oldest one.

It’s also likely sea related, whether that be a sea-devil or Umibozu or world-serpent. All of those are likely to be devilish as well as sea-fairing
