Other Pirates are background characters and their role is make Rocks Pirates crowder. Don Marlon died in off-panel.

A lot of people thinks BB Pirates are lot weaker than Rocks Pirates. That’s because BBP’s has fewer top-Tier fighters.

Outside of WB-BM-Kaido and Shiki, I don’t think there is a difference from guy like Barbel or Vasco Shot.

The main difference is pretty much that the top dogs of the Rocks crew are COC users, who at some point bounced back after losing at GV and began dominating the seas after losing. Obviously the BBP will likely not end up the same. But yeah, as of the time they were in Rocks, I don´t think they were much stronger then the BBP
