Inuyasha is known for his very fast speed and natural healing abilities. Both Zoro and Inuyasha can receive damage but Inuyasha can heal himself. His robe can also protect him from attacks and regenerate itself. Tessaiga absorbs demon powers as well
Zoro mid diffs Non-youkai Inuyasha (new moon phase where he loses youkai powers and becomes almost human)
Not sure about Youkai Inuyasha because even if he's too strong, at full youkai power Inuyasha loses intelligence and will only attack based on impulse and bloodlust. It might be a draw

To be fair, i forget a lot about Inuyasha, so i probably doesen´t give him the chance he deserve against Zoro. I just don´t remember something that put him on Zoro his level statwise. His regeneration should be not that high, that he can regenerate, after Zorro cuts him in twice and his other abilities... Well, we have a remarkable arsenal of abilities. Maybe he can Zoro catch in his dimension, but that is more speculation. I still give the victory Zoro.
