I feel like the Marines have no business with the arrive of the CP0 cause Akainu is hardly a man that would change his original decisions on the subject matter, though positing the other way around is not wrong per se but it's an improbable scenario, unless the Marines acknowledged the situation on Wano when the yonko will be in critical conditions, and not just them but their forces.

Regardless the SHs should stay yes unless something crazy occurs.

The Strawhat Alliance members are secretly on standby and they have recruited a portion of Elbaf Giant army, hundreds of giants move to protect Wano from CPOs and WG after Kaidou's defeat, giving out the vibe of Strawhat Luffy having not only Wano as his allies but also Elbaf, intimidating the CPO or WG army. In critical situation, Fujitora arrives and assists heavily, since Wano is Fujitora's home and he's Wano's no.1 swordsman. CPO and WG retreats branding Fujitora as Luffy's comrade just like how Kuzan has become Teach's follower.
