This is truly a battle of whatever characters.

Since you threw in that Mr. 5 knows that he can be harmed by Hazenoki this will be a mid-range to long-range battle ( I think the first one more ).

So their fight would be pretty boring and more than likely without the victorious one until they get to H2H combat.

Once they do that they all explode and it's either a draw or Hazenoki barely lives since he should have a better understanding of his powers whereas Mr. 5 has no Haki whatsoever and can only spam his DF.

Iori has to hurt himself to blow his part and it likely takes some seconds/time to heal himself while Mister 5 doesn’t have this problem. So if Mister 5 manages to score 2/3 hits in a row Iori would have problems to attack and can be jumped.

But yeah if Iori plays hide and seek I can see him winning this, his regen is a great deciding factor

Iori is a beast, judging by the hits he took from the comedian. + his regeneration is almost instantaneously.
Mr.5 really stands no chance against him.
