Franky loses badly to both of them.
The Mark 50 tanked a meteorite and was holding off a blast from the power stone (iirc). That alone puts Franky's durability to shame.
Add the fact that he managed to make Thanos bleed with a hit and Franky is now outclassed in both Strength and Durability.
Now add the feat of catching up with the spaceship flying out of orbit and Franky is now outclassed in speed too.
