Powers & Abilities Is Advanced COC Snakeman Luffy's most powerful form?

Seeing as Luffy is taking it to Kaido in his base form wrapped in Advanced COC, (the power level plotkai stuff is bullshit, especially at base level, but whatever) could Snakeman or Boundman wrapped in Advanced COC be his most powerful Pirate King form? It would have to be right? Considering that another time skip is unlikely?

At the end nothing would substantially change as long as Luffy can basically simply add up CoC to his attacks. Except for the attack range.

Penetration ACoA and CoC work under similar principles, both capable to damage without touching.
