Oda would have made it obvious if he had any dietary restrictions. Chopper's probably pescetarian though, similar the minks who don't eat mammals. (they still eat birds and reptiles, unlike pescatarians.)
The One Piece world has more sea-food than land animal meat anyway, so a majority of the population is probably unintentionally pescatarian.
