Questions & Mysteries Is Killingham, Madame Sharly son?

#3
He has a saint title and has the family name Rimoshifu. If he wasn't of a legitimate Celestial Dragon bloodline (non-bastard), then he would be missing one or both of these, like Bonney and Gunko are.

Shyarly is also only 29 years old.

Yeah, I actually thought of something similar, back when Qilingham first appeared.

We have gotten confirmation since then that Qilinham has the Kirin Fruit. So, that theory kind of went bust.

...But, I do still wonder about that white ribbon. I still feel like it COULD be a "Royal Fishman" ribbon like what Shirahoshi's family all has. Even if it does look more like a "Zoan Awakening" ribbon cloud.

As for being Madame Shyarly's son...she never mentioned having a son, as far as I remember. And it'd be weird for a "commoner" Fishman to somehow "ascend" to becoming a Celestial Dragon. She also doesn't have a "Royal Fishman" ribbon, either. But, they could still be related, just likely more distantly.

I'm not sure if it's impossible for one of the 20 Families to have been part Fishman or not. The Celestial Dragons do keep Fishmen and Merfolk as slaves, but they keep slaves of seemingly EVERY race they can get their hands on. To the Celestial Dragons, anyone who isn't a Celestial Dragon is beneath them. But, if a Fishman WAS a Celestial Dragon, they might see that as being completely different. As different as a human Celestial Dragon not being the same thing as a "normal" human. So, I'm not sure if it's completely out of the realm of possibility or not. We really don't know a lot about Celestial Dragon culture, really.

There is a certain resemblance, though. I'll admit that. I doubt they're mother and son, but they could possibly be similar races.

It's worth noting that there are "normal" humans with sharp teeth, though. Like Bartolomeo and Magellan. It's possible this is yet another race that we just haven't really explored or have had explained, yet. So, the sharp teeth don't necessarily indicate that Qilingham's a Fishman. But, chances are, he's...something.
