Powers & Abilities Is "Sealing Haki" specific to Gomu fruit users?

since we know both Joyboy and Luffy have had the same devil fruit power / abilities, what if this "haki sealing" stuff is only specific to them?

among rubber properties are its elasticity and ability to be compressed...

we've seen Luffy grab lightning before, so what stops him from grabbing his own Haki and compressing it inside objects?

Probably not, it was tied in a knot and then released when the knot was opened. We know the old sky guys who trained Nami used these knots to create different levels of wind and the haki release seems to be more like that as the knots are also storing different levels of wind so compression is not limited to rubber. Kuma has pure compression, Skypea dials have storage and release and the knots of those geezers can also store and release different levels of wind.

Haki has also been shown to physically affect things so it is not something different from air or wind in this context.

But Oda can always Oda things
