I already like his design. He will probably be one of the most evil villains. Regardless of the debates about his strength,do you think he will be cooler than Shanks as character?
He won't even get a scene as iconic or "cool" as the one between Shanks and the mountain bandits in chapter 1. This guy is going to act like the Gorosei but have Shanks's face. Oda will only use him to prop up the image of Shanks.
