So people been saying that the Germa storyline is not over for Sanji yet (hence the arguments of the Raid Suit being regenerates itself and cling back to Sanji LUL). I'm here to discuss why that won't be the case and thus the Germa plotline is concluded for Sanji's character development arc.
So, the Germa stuff was introduced in Zou and they have connection with Sanji (hence the only alive in his bounty poster) and later it was revealed that Sanji is the third son of the Vinsmoke family. In whole cake island, Germa and Big Mom Pirates arrange the marriage of Sanji and Pudding to establish the relationship alliance between them (and we all know what happened). Sanji's flashback with Germa got revealed, character struggle, past-self solving issues, etc.
Then during the Tea Party, we see that Sanji saves his family and makes even Judge knee and Sanji says something like, "Never touch my crew or my old man Zeff ever again." And Judge listened. Then at the end of WCI, we saw Judge mocking Sanji for not being his "ideal soldier" in which Luffy compliments Sanji and say, "Why does Judge says all the good things about you?" and Sanji gets mad and stuff like that.
So people been jumping with a question, "If Sanji truly finish his plotline with Germa then at least let Sanji beat up his family or having Judge acknowledge him or something like that." That's why most people are unsatisfied with Sanji's resolve with his family. Then post WCI, Sanji got granted with the RS as a mock from his family and Sanji says that he doesn't need the RS because he hates his family. Then in Wano, we see Sanji wearing the RS because he throw his pride away and perhaps he might have accept Germa being part of him (in this case, no because Sanji destroyed his RS).
Then during the Queen fight, Queen begging Sanji to use the RS which Sanji refuses and thus Sanji have two choices, either become a monster or an actual human being, of course Sanji choose the latter hence why he destroyed his RS as an "answer" to his decision. And people got mad because oh so "OMG, why did he destroyed the RS?!?!? OMG Sanji is trash, etc." Like bitch what? That's the whole point of Sanji's character. Sanji will never accept Germa as part of him and only uses his own will to solve his problems.
So now that the RS is out of the way, we can finally assume that the Germa plotline is over for Sanji.

No but here. It's over. If some of y'all saying that Sanji need to settle his scores with his family then nah. Sanji already assert dominance over his pathetic family by saving them during Tea Party and give Judge a fat middle finger by having emotion while maintaining Exoskeleton and stuff like that. And proving that he's superior to his siblings by having emotion which can affect his willpower to improve his haki and his siblings can't improve haki since they don't have emotions or willpower. Basically, Sanji is the perfect child that Sora and Judge wanted :)
