As for Megumi and Sukuna, we will see how it goes because we have Yuta to protect the students. The end of culling game will reveal most of the things.
Reggie was not indicated to praise Megumi's CT or domain expansion. Sukuna was specifically interested in Megumi's use of shadows.
If Megumi was something special, or Reggie knew Sukuna or his relevance to Megumi, he would have said something. But, he didnt. So, No. It is just his way of going out and a "sorcerer thing to do".
