Questions & Mysteries Is Vegapunk's message really over?

#1
From the end of last chapter,it seems so. But why if its just a momentary break, then the message will resume? In this way,the mystery about what Vegapunk was saying about the D. will remain, but,we may get something else.
What this something else should be,you may ask,and i reply with..something to watch!
Because, narratively speaking,it would not make any sense for Vegapunk to wait 10 minutes to start with his message, just because he wanted everyone to watch the video, and not just listening, and then not having anything "watchable" to show people! I think he had some physical proof of something. If the message will resume,he may show that.
Also,it would really be the worst scam ever to the readers by Oda,even worse that what he usually does, if he created the "obstacle" of the 10 minutes to make the message start, and then there is not a "payoff" for these 10 minutes to wait for the video option to be active. So i think there is a possibility that next chapter or in a few chapter the message will surprisingly resume, for a last big "visual" reveal! What do you think about it?

There was always a fat 0% chance that VP's transmission reveals all the secrets of the Void Century... For the simple reason that Laugh Tale exists, VP revealing everything now would make Laugh Tale redundant.

So no, it's probably not resuming, and if it does then it won't reveal much more.

In that case we will have to recognize that the fact that Vegapunk wanted absolutely for people to watch instead of just listening was a useless thing,it was filler not justified by the plot.
I think the conversation Dragon and Shaka had at the beginning may have a role in this. Maybe Dragon can take the signal back.
