I don’t why I did this but I asked ChatGPT on what dere type Sanji is since I had a vibe Luffy is a mix between Bakadere and Deredere. The AI basically said Sanji is a Kamidere and gave some reasons why it thought this;

1.Confidence: Sanji is often depicted as extremely confident, especially when it comes to his skills as a chef and his abilities in combat. This confidence can sometimes border on arrogance.
2.Chivalry: He displays a strong sense of chivalry when it comes to women, often referring to himself as a “gentleman” and treating women with an exaggerated level of courtesy.
3.Self-Importance: While not to an extreme degree, Sanji occasionally views himself as a “prince” or a special individual, particularly in his interactions with women.

But tell me what you guys think, I would love to know your thoughts too.

Honestly it makes sense, especially given what his father is like. Also he has such a fierce rivalry with Zoro and one sided one with Jinbwi now too lol.

Sanji is a god at cooking to and maybe style, suaveness, charisma etc too so it fits in that sense too lol.

Sanji does look down others at times, especially men ofc and he has extremely strong beliefs and values as well as faith in his own strength, skils, talent etc .

That is s very apt, fitting description of Sanji but he does have a wonderfully subtle humble and compassionate side too ofc.

From the definition of Kamidere that I searched, it doesn't really seem like Sanji is a Kamidere tbh.

Maybe pre-TS Sanji can qualify but he doesn't have a god complex or anything like that.

Erodere characters will acts perverted at first, but when they get to know the love interest more, they become lovey-dovey and grow a more pure and sweet love towards them. They will act perverted and seductive in front of others and mostly the love interest to hide their real feelings of love.

Apparently I am one too?! That explains why Sanji was my goat pre TS especially too LMAO!
