Why would you do this? This means they'd need some way to disrupt their haki systems to break out of genjutsu. And for Kaido especially, he's getting murdered in Tsukuyomi as it occurs in the span of a moment.

Genjutsu solo's these guys. He either makes them injure themselves repeatedly or finishes them off with a suiton jutsu to drown them.
Uses genjutsu to specifically get openings to use Amaterasu on Jack. It'll take awhile for him to burn and die though.
Itachi uses genjutsu to disguise himself as Hiyori and proceeds to stab Queen with the Totsuka blade, sealing him up. Otherwise he can use Genjutsu to make Queen hit himself with one of his diseases and then stab him with Totsuka Blade. Total Deidara situation, the weak minded have no chance against Itachi.
Total victim to Genjutsu as well. And Itachi's one of the most insightful characters in Naruto who lectured Naruto and Bee on identifying an opponent's weakness even during times of crisis'. He'll be using a mix of Susano'o and genjutsu until he identifies Alber's defensive ability. Which sucks for Alber, because Amaterasu burns even fire. If Itachi lands that on the back of Alber's body, he's getting cucked and then mindfucked with Tsukuyomi.
Tsukuyomi has the potential to kill him.
Amaterasu has the potential to kill him over a weeks duration.
But IDK if Itachi will survive. I have my doubts on the Totsuka blade piercing him and the Yata Mirror can only defend Itachi for so long. So, Itachi has the right hax with Tsukuyomi but I think Kaido has this due to being all around superior.
