I’m picking Goat Goat fruit as the type because Oda classified Kaku’s Giraffe fruit as “Ox Ox fruit Model Giraffe”

Its a Mythical devil fruit obviously

Oda has One Mythical Model per type. There is one mythical Bird type fruit, the Pheonix. One mythical Dog, the Kitsune. One mythical Snake, the Yamata no Orochi.

Kirin would belong to a Deer family so its mythical deer and the deer family would be classified as a Goat Type.

So its Goat Goat (Greatest of all time) Mythical Model Kirin

Probably. But then again, there is a horse horse fruit in skypiea Seperate from the Ox Ox fruit in drum island so Oda isnt being as precise with the taxonomy

Anyway, what I find curious is that Yamato's normal horns aren't present/morphed into the new shape we see.

While there are examples of fruits altering the user's physical traits, like ears and hair, to resemble the animals they are based on, considering Yamato's ties to Kaido, who maintains his natural horns in addition to his dragon ones, I figured Yamato would as well, if they indeed ate a Kirin fruit.

Maybe Oda thought the design looked better with one set of horns, I don't know.

Anyways, I don't see how the deer fruit would belong to the goat family nor your reasoning based on the Ushi Ushi fruit.

I dont want it to be Qirin. They are mostly deer/horse like and Yamato has claws and sharp teeth. Also the way her snout, ears, teeth makes it canine like.
