The rocks pirates are undeniably the strongest pirate crew we’ve ever seen so wouldn’t it be pretty cool to see the strawhats beat and surpass them?

As for how it could happen maybe imu is the key
I’m pretty sure most know the theory of imu taking over xebecs body. If he ends up having his body whether it’s now or in his freezer maybe he’ll end up giving the gorosei the bodies of other former rocks pirates

  1. Imu = Xebec
  2. Warcury = Newgate
  3. Nasjuro = Kaido
  4. Mars = Linlin
  5. Ju Peter = Shiki
  6. Saturn = idk
Saturn maybe taken out completely by imu for failing in egghead and letting it get to this point

Meaning that if nasjuro has kaido’s body and zoro beats him zoro indirectly does zkk

Also luffy vs warcury then xebec

Sanji maybe against Mars maybe being able to fight because even tho he has Linlins body he doesn’t have the heart/soul of a woman. If not maybe Peter

In what way? It won't be the real Rocks pirates and certainly won't be the real Gorosei in that regards.

Besides, Luffy's crew won't be facing the Gorosei anyway. They're reserved for Luffy's peers like Kidd, Law, Koby, Sabo, etc.

The straw hats will never surpass rocks as a crew, Luffy and Zoro cannot carry that hard unless Luffy literally becomes Jesus like Naruto did.
