General & Others Jinbe's bounty post TS made no sense.

All those other ex Shichibukai getting their well deserved billion bounties and he just got the Pekoms treatment.
Since Brook Nami Usopp Franky got 300m increase, and Robin got 800m increase, Jinbe should get 800m increase too. His bounty at minimum should be 1.238m.
I think this is mostly it. The WG also always viewed him as a โpirate hating pirateโ and someone they could negotiate with to improve human-fishman relations. Heโs very strong but not the sort of threat as someone like Kidd, who murders civilians, or Crocodile who is a war profiteer and monger with ambitions to take over nations and control ancient weapons.
Inconsistency. Bounties may not be solely power level -based but they are definitely an indication about someone's strength. There is no way jinbei(400m) is 4 times weaker than boa(1.6b) and almost 5 times weaker than crocodile(1.9b). In fact i dont think he is any weaker than both at all. Bounties have lost their meaning since jack's introduction. They are basically the big inconsistency of this 26 years old manga along with haki.
Bounties are based off feats, not strength.

Compared to Hancock and Crocodile, Jinbe wasnโt as dangerous. He doesnโt command a nation like Hancock and until he became a SH, he wasnโt a yonko commander like crocodile.
