I would say that Jiraiya's Genjutsu are not as effective as let's say Itachi's. So I suppose that there's ground for saying that most characters on his level would manage to get out of it.

I agree that Genjutsu hax should never be underestimated either way, on the other hand.

Boruto, especially the anime, used irrelevant filler trash. Afaik, even one tails Naruto owned that Otsutsuki scrub which is illogical on so many levels. Rayleigh still stomps, sorry not sorry.

Mate, if Rayleigh existed on that verse with his feats and scaling to other OP top tiers, he'd walk through all paths of Pain with no issue. Rayleigh and the likes use islands as playing grounds. What is a town to an island?
