iraya could keep up with pain somewhat and was hyped as being stronger though feats somewhat contradict it

Whereas orochimaru got utterly destroyed by him

Also jiraya could beat itachi

Feats support this too as gama, jiraya's toad could block attacks from kisame someone comparable to itachi

The same toad could neg ebisu who can keep up with pain

Orochimaru on the other hand has consistently been negged by itachi

He also foderized kid sasuke who damaged orochimaru

so jiraya god stomps. To sum it up at least with regards to naruto

So orochimaru was able to beat victor who's oststuki lv cause all kara members are.

Jiraya also killed this guy with no problems

Not only that but he beat various oststuki like isshiki and urashiki

Mind you both isshiki and urashiki stomped adult sasuke someone seen as a god tier by most people

Not only that guys but jiraya could blitz kyubi naruto who above scales boruto and boruto can neg momoshiki

The same momoshiki who couldt tank a rasengan when ura could

Last bit of evidence for jiraya winning. Deepa who's the kara pairing of victor got damaged by shinki when urashiki was roughly even with gaara's son

Anyways boruto feats makee this a bigger stomp assuming the notion that the community is right afterall
