- Tsumiki appears
-Chapter starts with huge beam of light pouring out of all 10 colonies across Japan
- We are back to present (After the battle of Yuki Choso vs Kenjaku) Maki meets up & informs Yuji & Megumi that Choso told them Yuki was defeated & then Tengen was caught by Kenjaku. But they have secured the back gate
- Choso doesn't specifically mentions of Yuki is dead or not. He says the ground was in terrible shape but he only knows that Kamo Noritoshi is alive
-They wonder why the assimilation hasn't started yet n discuss which rules to add first & end up deciding to add Rule 4 first (Transfer of players from the colonies)
- New rule gets added. A swimmer (I don't know what the leaker meant by this) first needs to invite a new player from outside the colonies as a subsite & then can leave the barrier by spending 100 points
-Megumi then asks a favor from Maki to bring Tsumiki so that they can have her exit the colonies. Maki meets up with Ijichi on the why who remembers that he initially wanted to be a magician but Gojo saved him
-But instead of using the existing rule, Tsumiki all of a sudden orders Kogane to add another rule so that she can freely entry & exit barriers. Everyones shoked, Megumi is horrified. He asks, "....You...Who are you"
