Interesting chapter. The fight has been pretty nice and Higuruma is a natural talent. He's been pretty dope thus far as well.

Right, just when he stepped into the court. Maybe the new punishment will make the previous one null, and now he can use cursed energy. Or it is just because the domain expansion was cancelled due to another trial.

Again, Yuji's deductive skills are increasing, post Shibuya Yuji has matured a lot.

Either are possible. I assumed the same. I guess because it's a retrial so the previous verdict is null, so no punishment for Yuji.
