When I saw Megumi's hand below Reggie, I thought he is going for the dragon balls

And Kakashi sensei's move by that comedian was also fire. Forgot the name from Naruto.

No idea yet.
It can be about his jokes, like in this chapter nobody laughed at his joke and later Reggie commented that he noticed an increase in his cursed energy.
So, something related to that.

Nah, this is just showing how over protective he is for his sister. So, if his sister dies, it will bring a great change in Megumi.

Look how Megumi reiterated that he has no point in fighting now, so he can leave as Itadori has already added the rule.

Read between the lines. He also said he can go for the kill now and recommended the same to his comedian ally.
