We saw at early Wano how Luffy got one-shotted by Kaido and still his CoC was powerful to knock his underlings out.
Looking how Luffy showed up full of bandages at Udon we can safely assume he was pretty weakened back there.
And at chapter 1010 we learn how Kaido's attack works. He is coating them with CoC a power that doesn't get weakened if the user gets weakened.
So Kaido's attack at Early Wano, early fight with Scabbards, Rooftop Fight, Luffy Fight, Yamato Fight, Luffy Fight again have all the same power.
And I'm going even beyond. Old Whitebeard (Sickbeard) using ACoC is just as great as famous Prime Whitebeard(Primebeard).
