Theory Kaido is a sacrifice for Nika

Hey strong woman and weak men!

Before you freak out, let me explain.

The first time we ever heard of the sun god Nika, it was in a flashback on Skypia. A Shandorian claimed she will meet “the sun god” (i.e. Nika) after her sacrifice. This is implying that Nika, well known for freeing the slave and bringing joy to the people, bringing them freedom and power, requires some kind of sacrifice, in the believing of the shandorians.

Then, over hundreds of chapters, we never hear about Nika again. Until suddenly Who’s Who is talking about it. He tells us, he got the story by some guard in impel down, which then suddenly vanished. The guard again told Who’s Who and other people Nika would come and free the slaves, Nika would be the ultimate savior for them. I think this guard back then was nobody other then.... King. But without his mask and now usual appearance, maybe even hidden his wings.

I think King was as “secret agent” in impel down and tried to gather pirates for Kaido their, promising some savior which is able to free them and give them joy again. He obviously couldn’t tell them straight away this is about Kaido, since the rumor could go to other parts of the prison and get to known by other guards, or even the lead. So he used the story of Nika to convince the prisoners to join Kaido.

This would also explain 2 other little plot holes. Firstly Kings unknown connection to impel down. His clothing still implies some connection there. And secondly it would explain how Kaido got caught several times and could escape, without breaking out of Impel Down. Because it was told never before were prisoners able to break out of Impel Down. This would be the truth, if Kaido didn’t break out, but freely just walked out, since King just opened the door. This is also the reason why the guard suddenly vanished some day. Because the fact a guard freed Kaido several times and this guard is in reality Kaidos first mate was revealed somehow.

So far so good. I summarize my theory for now:
-Nika brings freedom, joy and power
-Nika needs a sacrifice to be met
-Nika was only mentioned by shandorians before
-King (as guard) told Who’s Who about Nika

So, i still thing Who’s Who doesn’t know the Guard back then was King. I guess WsW followed the bread crumbs to meet the guard from back then again, which lead him to the Kaido Crew, but so far, he couldn’t reveal who it was. So i think the whole story of WsW was the entrance to the background story of King.

So, we come to King. In my theory, King is somehow related to the shandorians. A former proud, strong and faithful race. Since he is related to the shandorians or is even a pure shandorian, he knows about the Nika story and maybe is truely believing in that kind of religion. This is why he told the story to the imprisoners and why he could convince them, because he believes in it by himself.

So since King is highly believing in that story, it can be his main focus, even why he is with Kaido. He is building up Kaido as the strongest living creature, makes him the most strongest entity, the most powerful person in the world. So, the most strongest creature together with his wish to die. King is building him up to be the ultimate sacrifice to Nika. Such a powerfull and strong creature, together with all people dying on Kaidos way to be there, are the most impactful sacrifice. King thinks this is the ultima ratio to bring back wealth, power and joy to the shandorian folks, to the sky people and their destroyed existence. And Kaido is willing to stick to it, being this sacrifice with his death to fulfil the lifelong wish and desire of his first mate.

Summary:
King is the guard Who’s Who was talking about. King is believing in Nika, since he is a shandorian. He wants to use Kaido as ultimate sacrifice for Nika, to bring Shandora and the Sky Islands to glory.

Now we look at Aztec rituals

Sacrifice was a common theme in the Aztec culture. In the Aztec "Legend of the Five Suns", all the gods sacrificed themselves so that mankind could live. Some years after the Spanish conquest of Mexico, a body of the Franciscans confronted the remaining Aztec priesthood and demanded, under threat of death, that they desist from this traditional practice. The Aztec priests defended themselves as follows:

HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

1. He himself, cause he told us he met Jinbe there. Or at least saw him there.
I don't recall he ever said that
Who's Who escaped Prison & Jinbe read an article about him, so it wasn't Secret News
And we know that before Luffy, Shiki is the only Impel Down Escapee
Who's Who was most probably imprisoned somewhere else, not Impel Down
2. Nobody, i assume it. Wouldnt make sense to not put one of the strongest and most dangerous man in your most safe prison. Where else should he have been brought?
He was brought for Experiments, CP-0 confirmed Vegapunk had him before, so clearly he was in Marine Prisons so that Science Division can study him. He wasn't necessarily imprisoned in Impel Down

Except that it wasn't covered
Jinbe read about it casually
Jimbei had more access to records than normal people due to being a Warlord.

WhW's escape from Impel down could have been covered up or edited to appear differently. WhW at the end of the day knew about Nika and smth about Gomu Gomu and he was former CP0

A news like that reaching public could shake the world more than the escape of Shiki. And let's be real Shiki escaping is impossible to cover up but Who's Who yes

That is not correct. We hear about the sun god in Elbaf again.

The panel below even hints at Nika with the way Mother Carmel describes herself and how the Sun shines directly on her.

He tells us, he got the story by some guard in impel down, which then suddenly vanished.
It was never mentioned or hinted at that Whos who was imprisoned in Impel Down. It makes even less sense considering he managed to escape and noone other than Shiki (and Luffy + the rest) managed to escape ID. The fact that he escaped shortly after the guard disappeared means it most likely wasnt Blackbeard who freed him.

It also wasnt said that the guard told other people about Nika but only Whos Who as far as we know.

Kings clothing is simply a fashion choice as far as we know. Jinbei also had these skulls on his clothing in WCI. His sadistic nature is a better hint as an Impel Down guard.

But if he was truly an Impel Down guard then it had nothing to do with Whos who most likely. But rather with how often he had seen Kaido in Impel Down after being captured multiple times which possibly inspired him to follow him.

Further we've seen King in Kaidos crew at least 23 years ago in the fight vs Moria.

So, we come to King. In my theory, King is somehow related to the shandorians. A former proud, strong and faithful race. The Shandorians have way smaller wings than Kings and also their wings are not black. The way BM talked about him he seems to be another rare race in the OP world most likely seperate from the Shandorians. Hitetsu has similar sized wings but in chapter 1016 they disappeared which means his ones are fake. But I think more interesting about King than the wings is also the flames on his back which dont seem to be DF related.

Overall I disagree. Your theory has to many holes.

Aztecs pretty much copied the architecture from much older civilisations. But true that they in particular sacrificed a lot of people.

Btw If there is an image in your post I can't see it.

I'm not saying it's impossible, but all of these are assumptions

What we know for granted is that Shiki is only escapee & it was Sengoku who said that, he wasn't talking about only Escapees who were announced in Newspapers, he was talking about "Ever"
And Jinbe said that he read about WsW Escape & there was never a mention that Shichibukai get special Newspapers or records.

So no need to assume stuff, Who's Who was imprisoned somewhere else & he escaped, it hit the News & Jinbe heard about him.
Kaido was used by Marine Science Division led by Vegapunk so he was imprisoned there (At least)
And King was with Beasts Pirates long time ago so he can't be the Guard who met WsW

Let me ask you this - if you think Who's Who wasn't in Impel Down but someone like Mr. 3 or Buggy were what is the logic in that?
Who's who was far more dangerous than any of them but he got put into some random ass prison while they go to Impel down?

Yes, just like Arlong wasn't imprisoned there after Luffy defeated him even though he was put there in the Past
Come on man

Who's Who escaped Prison & it made the News
No one ever escaped Impel Down except Shiki

This isn't Rocket Science, just connect the two reveals, not create "Two New Assumptions" to forcefully make WsW an Impel Down Prisoner & ignore second info

Impel Down is the Maximum Security Prison of Impel Down, it doesn't mean it's "Only" Prison that WG have, they obviously have hundreds. And it doesn't mean all Prisoners of the world outside Impel Down are Weaker than Level 01 Prisoners!
The guy wasn't even a Criminal, simply a soldier who failed his Mission & they punished him for it.
