What’s the difference in speed?
Both characters are very intelligent and fast with great DC. Starrk can spam town level attacks and has good durability and depending on Segunda Etapa’s scaling, Ulquiorra might be mountain to large island level.
Working together I can see them inflicting enough damage on Kaido to win.

Mountain level is way too low of an estimate for some of the feats he was producing;
His lanza completely dwarfs Las Noches, which was big enough to take 3 days to walk from presumably one corner to another:
Calcs can get a bit wacky but going by Nel’ls statement it’s pretty obvious that Las Noches is far bigger than a City and more closer to being the size of a small country, which looks like the most accurate estimate.
That puts R2 Ulquiorra laughably above mountain level.
Stark also scales somewhat from the above scaling, considering that just going into his release state or using a gran rey cero is considered a threat to destroy Las Noches per statements. They should both be Island level in their released states, with R2 Ulquiorra being Small Country.
