Interesting coincidence that both Oden and BB are from the 2nd division of WB Pirates.

I think deciding factor is that Shanks put his scar on his Jolly Roger but Kaido didn't.

So which PTSD is bigger?

About the same or slightly towards Shanks tbh. BB has more of an impact on Shanks narrative wise and Shanks keeps actively seeking out for him. Oden was just one of many Kaido's opponents that leaves an impact on Kaido as a fighter.

Shanks wanting to go after Teach so bad is one example of PTSD.

Kaido's kid started LARPing as the guy who was going to kick his ass until an old woman pretending to be his son tricked Oden into getting attacked head on.

Shanks isn't scared of Blackbeard, he recognizes him as a healthy threat.

Kaido's PTSD is clear when the Scabbards are attacking him: he wanted Oden to kill him, and it eats him up that his glorious death was ruined. Seeing the Scabbards come back to life to haunt him has to honestly fuck with Kaido's head a ton.
