Questions & Mysteries Kaidou a "good" father

#1
The Kaidou and Yamato relationship will be interesting. He beats her up after she start to mimic Oden... But he also plays the game calling her his son and seems like no one else is aware of it or HAS TO play the game.

Kaidou also had respect for Oden at the end.

So that's interesting... Maybe as father he has always a soft spot for his princess

We'll see, also he only said he beat her once after he expressed the desire to be oden right?

Reminds me of garp beating up ace and luffy when they said they would be pirates haha.

It will surely be interesting once we find out the reason why Kaido wanted to meet with Whitebeard.
I not gonna believe what HQ/WG said because it is will known they cover up things and it also contradicts Kaido's character.
A huge war that he can possibly die from? Check
Wanting to fight an distracted whitebeard is sorta out of character when he killed the old hag who distracted Oden.
Kaido doesnt seem to have any problems with whitebeard like with Linlin.

Now could it be because of Yamato screaming and bawling her eyes out to Kaido? By saying we need to save Ace!!
Which Kaido gave in because he a softy.

So Shanks turning out as a blackish grey character who values peace above all else because he knew if Kaido helped whitebeard. The marines will surely lose the war and the balance will be broken is big possibility.
Shanks may be evil, depending what pirate he talking about? Luffy or Blackbeard?

I think there is not that much to their relationship and people overreacting.
He treats her normally until she mentions something about Oden IMO.
