Kastro is actually a pretty competent fighter that even Hisoka considered to be pretty capable

He's giving him a decent fight before going down

It's like mid to high diff in Feitan's favor I'd say

Feitan wins mid diff. His double ability would be tricky like it was for Hisoka, but Feitan is a Nen master. He could come up with a plan to psychologically manipulate Kastro. Or he could just use one of Pain Packer's abilities.
