Kelly puts himself on somebody. BUT, then, they also become a Jacket: IE, you can just keep stacking people's powers together, like Fusion in many series.
This gives us another Fusion Fruit along with Wapol's and the Decuplets from the Big Mom Pirates.
It's still not THE BEST Devil Fruit, but, hey: it's way better than without the Awakening, right?
If Kelly Funk combines with the 9 Strongest Boxers in the World (and we know there's Boxing competitions), that has to be a PRETTY STRONG GUY, RIGHT?
Probably not able to beat Foxy in a boxing match, but, hey, Foxy is Yonkou level.
