I think damned punk is probably one of the most lethal attacks we've seen in wano
Its a supercharged bullet and as we've seen, bullets are extremely deadly in One Piece. Despite Linlin's insane durability, Kid was able to make Linlin cough up blood, pin her to the ground, resist her ACoC, and knock her through the hole, all of which underscores the insane amount of force behind the projectile.
Had his opponent not been one of the most durable characters in OP, they would have probably died.
