Oda already said that he gets mad when people keep saying such character is weak so he makes him much stronger next time.
That happened with Crocodile, Bellamy, Apoo...
But didn't happened with Kid!

Because his fucking fandom PRETENDS that Kid is strong, real rival of Luffy and so on.
