When Zoro proves he can beat a YC without help from a Fairy Tail magic sword and Mihawk proves he can take on a YC without begging for his life

Just to be clear, do you not care about Vivre Card info or color spreads? Because the VC pretty much state explicitly that Zoro is the 2nd strongest on the crew and the 1031 color spread essentially confirms it

They're not written by fans though. They're written and/or supervised by Oda and there's even a special place on the OP website where they correct misinformation.

And the color spread isn't just who joined first because Shiryu and Sabo are on it too

He leaves it up to the reader’s interpretation and from what I could interpret, Sanji is indeed stronger than Zoro. ACoC isn’t rhe main factor in determining a winner

Killer is a lot stronger than people give him credit for. His main fight in wano was hawkins, however he was stomping hawkins until hawkins started using hostages. And even then, Killer basically 1 shot him when he took back Kid's voodoo doll. He didn't even need to use his strongest attack, sonic scythe, in order to win.

Sonic scythe was capable of damaging Kaido. Given Killer's speed and endurance(which is pretty underrated, given that he took some powerful attacks from Linlin), imo he should at the very least be on par with Jack or Cracker.

He's above that. Man comes from the smoothest breed of the YC2s, his superior competitors are the YC1s atm.
