I like seeing Shin doing shit that doesn't involve violence.
Battles are fun, but they need to be contextualised to be interesting, and I find Shin visiting Shintei 2 years or so prior to his invasion, and then taking Nanyou without bloodshed all add to making the violence in the battle for Shintei more meaningful.
