Big Mom flies, controls the entire weather and would fry Kisame's ass with either Zeus or Hera.
WB splits the seas, what's some mere water bubble - which cannot even cover 1/10 of a forest - supposed to do?
They all have the speed advantage over Kisame, it's not the contrast but I think you are aware of that.

Kaido will already be underwater by the time the water appears, and he can't use his powers in water.
The Yonko characters don't actually fight like this, Big Mom and Kaido fuck around and tank attacks, they do not just go 0 to 100 and blitz or use their powers to the best of their ability, also, Kisame creating the water bubble is faster than them.
Whitebeard manipulates the seas by manipulating earthquakes and shifting the sea floor, Kisame's bubble is connected to Kisame himself, it wouldn't be affected by this at all.

Kisame won't just suddenly spam a huge water bubble - covering parts of a forest - onto his enemy as well. He also doesn't have intel on their weaknesses. He'll see an old hag summoning several kirins at once, a mountain sized dragon and an old man who's splitting the entire land, sea and air.
Kaido doesn't even have to go all out. One simple TB is enough to kill Kisame.
Kisame's best ability is sucking out chakra - good luck trying it to characters who do not have chakra and don't need chakra to dish out island busting attacks.
He can pin-point his quake powers into the air as well, you know? That's how he hit Kuzan who froze the two tsunamis.
Kisame would be an easy target taking quakes equalling continental levels of energy to his face.

After like an entire chapter of being Snakeman's punching bag and copying his future sight, and the water spawns on top of Kaido, Snakeman's punches do not.
The moment Kisame uses the water bubble it is over, Crydo, Big Meme and Whitebeard all get folded by it.
Air quakes do nothing to the water bubble.

Wdym? One punch is literally pulverizing and easily speedblitzing Kisame - the fact that Kaido had time to figure out Snake Man's attack pattern, who also used FS btw, and then countered with his own FS is already more than enough lol.
